Respect the artist and their time

I reserve the right to deny or accept a commission for any reason

NSFW/Sexual requests will be denied - I am a safe for work artist

Disrespectful behaviour is reasonable grounds for dropping a commission

Commissioning me means you agree to every term outlined in this list

All prices are listed in USD and all payments will be through USD

Method of payment is Cashapp and Paypal Invoice - I will not be using anything besides Paypal Invoices

Clients cannot force a charge back after the commission is complete

Payment is done in half - first half after the sketch is complete and second half when the commission is sent

Excess revisions (such as changing the characters design, pose or heavy background changes) will be an extra charge

Commercial prices will be triple the price

Full refunds are provided until midway through the commission, in which case they are no longer available

I do not give my consent for my art, regardless of it being a client's design, to be used for ai data training or NFT collections

As the artist, I retain all rights to my artwork This does not mean I own the character or design, just the work itself

Commissions may be used as an example on my website or posted to social media unless specifically requested otherwise by the client

Throughout the commission, I will provide updates for the commission at each stage of it:

Sketch phase

Lineart phase

Colouring phase

Shading phase

Background phase (should there be one)

No physical prints are available! Digital files will be sent to the client with my watermark on the image
