Must provide all commission details requested - Including but may not be limited to clear color palettes, references of the character and backgrounds

Characters and their intellectual property is reserved to the owner

There are four stages per commission: Sketch, Line Art, Color and Shading. I will provide updates after/during each stage

Commissions take up to a week

If a commission cannot be completed within a week, I will alert the client. If it is not finished within two weeks, a full refund is offered for inconvenience

I have a right to decline a commission for any reason

Clients have the right to terminate the commission process at any time, but doing so will not provide a refund

Poor communication from the client is grounds for declining a commission

Clients cannot force a charge back once the commission has been agreed upon

Should the client cut contact to the artist the commission process is ended and no refund will be charged

All digital pieces will be sent via messages or email, no physical prints are available

Payment must be sent in full after the sketch is completed
